All our products are made with our Leaven Heaven sourdough starter as the base ingredient. No commercial yeast ever!
Breads & Rolls
Note: Boule (round) traditional sourdough loaves are typically crispier/harder on the outside than those baked in Loaf form. Those purchasing sourdough for sandwiches who wish for an easier slice might prefer the loaf to boule when ordering. 1/2 Boules are "soup bowl" size, and 1/3 boules are "soup cup" size. Mini boules are the size of super large dinner rolls.
