About the Recipe

This is our go-to dessert when we want something unapologetically indulgent. Rich, fudgy Double Chocolate Espresso Brownies meet cold vanilla bean ice cream, warm hot fudge, and just enough crunch to make every bite interesting. Finished with a cherry on top—because some rules exist for a reason.

Ingredients

1 Leaven Heaven Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownie

1–2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream

Whipped cream

Hot fudge sauce, warmed

Chopped peanuts

1 maraschino cherry

Preparation

  1. Warm the brownie slightly so it’s soft and fudgy but not hot.

  2. Place it in the bottom of a wide bowl or sundae glass.

  3. Add vanilla bean ice cream directly on top of the brownie.

  4. Drizzle generously with warm hot fudge.

  5. Finish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of chopped peanuts, and a cherry on top.

  6. Serve immediately while the ice cream and brownie contrast perfectly.

Leaven Heaven Notes:

• This works just as well with brownie chunks layered parfait-style

• Swap peanuts for walnuts or pecans if that’s your house preference

• Excellent for sharing… or not
