Ingredients
2 lb 93% lean ground beef
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp gourmet burger seasoning
2 tsp Country Bob’s sauce
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 medium egg
For Serving
Leaven Heaven Pretzel Buns, lettuce, tomato, cheese, condiments of choice
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, mustard, ketchup, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, burger seasoning, Country Bob’s sauce, black pepper, and egg. Mix gently until just combined — do not overwork.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
Preheat a gas grill to high heat. Grill patties for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness
(3 minutes per side for medium-rare, 5 minutes per side for medium).
Serve on pretzel buns with your favorite toppings.
